Dr Brendan Croot

Brendan has been at the practice since 2008 having worked in general practice since 1996 including 3 years in the Pilbara (Tom Price). He is able to see patients of all ages and is confident treating the full range of general practice medical conditions. Brendan is a particular favourite of young families as he is himself a father of three children.

Education 1992 - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB BS) from The University of Western Australia.
Dr David van der Moezel (Principal)

Dr David van der Moezel is a graduate of the University of Western Australia and joined the practice in 1988 after two years as a volunteer in the Cook Islands.
He has practiced as a GP obstetrician for 30 years and although no longer delivering babies continues to provide antenatal and postnatal care.
Dr Kamini Patel

Dr Kamini Patel is passionate Specialist GP with over 17 years post graduate experience. Started working in Australia since 2008 onwards, perused specialist training Obstetric & Gynaecology (King Edward memorial hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital and Joondalup Health Campus) and General practice. Achieved DRANZCOG (Diploma in Obstetric & Gynaecology) and FRACGP in 2015 in Australia. She likes to practice in a holistic way and enjoys empowering patients with knowledge about their health and including them in decision making. Thriving for best health care experience. Along with main special interests in women’s health, Kamini Patel also Possess broad knowledge of medicine in Child health, Mens health, Dermatology and complex care

Dr Mallory Haseler

Dr Mallory Haseler has degrees in both Dentistry and Medicine, and has worked in a range of medical and surgical specialities in Queensland and Western Australia. She enjoys all areas of General Practice, and has a special interest in breastfeeding medicine. She is currently working towards further qualifications in this area. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her young family, reading and pilates.

Karen Leggott - Practice Nurse

Karen has been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. She started her career in the UK, working in a variety of settings before migrating to Australia in 2003 with her husband and 3 children.

She joined Edgewater Medical Centre over 10 years ago and she loves the 'all of life care' she is able to offer her patients while working as part of a great team.

In her spare time she enjoys socialising with friends and family, walking her dog, beach time, pilates, reading and chocolate!.
